WHAT TO KNOW
With medical you’ve got three choices. Each plan has no deductible and covers the same illnesses, symptoms, and procedures. So the question boils down to…how do you want to pay for your healthcare over the next 12 months?
OPTION 1 - POS Plus 1B
The Option 1 Plan has a $15 copay for primary care doctor visits and a $30 copay for specialist visits. This plan has the highest premium of all the plans. A premium is the amount of money that is deducted from your paycheck which helps pay for your health insurance.
OPTION 2 - POS Plus 2B
The Option 2 Plan has a $20 copay for primary care doctor visits and a $40 copay for specialist visits. This plan has a mid-range premium.
OPTION 3 - POS Plus 4B
The Option 3 Plan has a $40 copay for primary care doctor visits and a $60 copay for specialist visits. This plan has a least expensive premium.
The Medical plans are administered by Independence Blue Cross.

403(B) RETIREMENT PLAN
We care about your future plans and are happy to be able to offer a 403(b) retirement program and a discretionary 1% contribution.
If you are an employee scheduled to work 20 or more hours in a week, you are eligible to contribute.
If you are an employee scheduled to work 20 or more hours in a week, Peaceful Living will make a 1% discretionary contribution into your 403(b). The best part: you are not required to personally contribute into your plan in order to receive the 1% discretionary contribution.
The 1% discretionary contribution is vested after 1 year of employment.
You may change the amount, or stop/start contributing at any time. Just contact your Benefits Coordinator, Keli Beaujean, at ext 2033 or by email at PLbenefits@peacefulliving.org to do so.
