YOUR PEACEFUL LIVING
Benefits Journey Starts Here

WHAT TO KNOW

THREE HEALTHCARE PLANS

Our three healthcare plans have no deductibles, which is nearly unheard of these days. A deductible is the amount of money you pay out-of-pocket for services before insurance picks up the rest. Take a look at our three plans here.

403(B) PROGRAM

We will continue to offer a discretionary contribution of 1% of your wages. This contribution is not dependent on your participation. In other words, it's money we want to give you to help for your retirement. Learn more about your 403(b).

SIGN ON BONUS & REFERRAL

Did you know that we offer a $1,500 sign on bonus when you join us? Also, when you refer your friends to work here, and we hire them, you can earn a two part referral bonus: a $75 Visa gift card once they complete 90 days of employment and a $500 bonus when the employee completed six months of employment.

NEW DENTAL INSURANCE

This year we are switching to United Concordia for our dental insurance. Find out more details about this voluntary benefit here.

If you have any questions about your healthcare or benefits, contact our dedicated employee advocate at Lacher, Rebecca Gebelein!

ELIGIBILITY

If you are a full-time employee of Peaceful Living regularly working an average of 30 hours per week, you are eligible to participate in the Healthcare and Benefits Program. You have the option to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in Peaceful Living’s benefits program.

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse; and (2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage. The medical plans are administered by Independence Blue Cross through the Keystone Health network.

MEDICAL

With medical you’ve got three choices. Each plan has no deductible and covers the same illnesses, symptoms, and procedures. So the question boils down to…how do you want to pay for your healthcare over the next 12 months?

OPTION 1 - POS Plus 1B

The Option 1 Plan has a $15 copay for primary care doctor visits and a $30 copay for specialist visits. This plan has the highest premium of all the plans. A premium is the amount of money that is deducted from your paycheck which helps pay for your health insurance.

OPTION 2 - POS Plus 2B

The Option 2 Plan has a $20 copay for primary care doctor visits and a $40 copay for specialist visits. This plan has a mid-range premium.

OPTION 3 - POS Plus 4B

The Option 3 Plan has a $40 copay for primary care doctor visits and a $60 copay for specialist visits. This plan has a least expensive premium.

The Medical plans are administered by Independence Blue Cross.

403(B) RETIREMENT PLAN

We care about your future plans and are happy to be able to offer a 403(b) retirement program and a discretionary 1% contribution.

Details

If you are an employee scheduled to work 20 or more hours in a week, you are eligible to contribute.

If you are an employee scheduled to work 20 or more hours in a week, Peaceful Living will make a 1% discretionary contribution into your 403(b). The best part: you are not required to personally contribute into your plan in order to receive the 1% discretionary contribution.

The 1% discretionary contribution is vested after 1 year of employment.

You may change the amount, or stop/start contributing at any time. Just contact your Benefits Coordinator, Keli Beaujean, at ext 2033 or by email at PLbenefits@peacefulliving.org to do so.

PAID TIME OFF

We care about your well-being and want you to take time for yourself. Please review the paid time off details below to learn how you can take paid time away from work.
