ELIGIBILITY

If you are a full-time employee of Peaceful Living regularly working an average of 30 hours per week, you are eligible to participate in the Healthcare and Benefits Program. You have the option to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in Peaceful Living’s benefits program. 

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse; and (2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage. The medical plans are administered by Independence Blue Cross through the Keystone Health network.

MEDICAL

With our medical plan you can access care in-network or out-of-network. We recommend accessing in-network care whenever possible, as it will be less expensive. The medical plan is administered by Meritain using the Aetna network, effective June 1, 2022.

 
 

VOLUNTARY DENTAL

This optional benefit is available if you want a little extra protection for those pearly whites.
The Dental plan is administered by Delta Dental, effective June 1, 2022.

Do you or your family wear glasses or contacts? This benefit may be right for you. This benefit is administered by VSP.

 
 

403(B) RETIREMENT PLAN

We care about your future plans and are happy to be able to offer a 403(b) retirement program and a discretionary 1% contribution.

Details

If you are an employee scheduled to work 20 or more hours in a week, you are eligible to contribute.

If you are an employee scheduled to work 20 or more hours in a week, Peaceful Living will make a discretionary contribution of 1% of your gross wages into your 403(b). The best part: you are not required to personally contribute into your plan in order to receive the 1% discretionary contribution.

The 1% discretionary contribution is vested after 1 year of employment.

You may change the amount, or stop/start contributing at any time. Just contact your Benefits Coordinator, Keli Beaujean, at ext 2033 or by email at PLbenefits@peacefulliving.org to do so.
