When would I use Teladoc?
You may wish to use virtual care with Teladoc for these reasons:
• Instead of going to the ER or urgent care for non-emergency visits
• If your doctor doesn't have appointments available quickly
• While at home, work, or out of town
• If your child has a health issue in the middle of the night
• If you need to speak with a counselor about stress, anxiety, addiction, depression and more

How do I sign up?
Before you use Teladoc, you'll need to sign up. It's easy!

3. Fill out your details.
4. On the next screen, select your medical plan (Meritain Health) and enter your Member ID (found on your Meritain ID card).
